All items are entirely my own original designs, and are printed in the UK.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
CARDS, PAPER AND GIFTWARE ITEMS ONLY:
I will ship items out within two days of order wherever possible. Large orders may take a little longer.
All cards and folded paper will be shipped in hard backed envelopes.
REFUNDS (NON-COMMISSION ITEMS ONLY):
I will refund costs on items which are returned to me in saleable conditions. The purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the items to me.
PLEASE NOTE::
Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.
YOU MAY NOT:
• claim the product as your own.
• sell the product either alone or as part of a kit for designers or scrapbookers, or use any paper of card to make any item which is for resale.
• All copyrights remain with Jane Crick.
