Risograph Prints

Risograph, or riso, is an increasingly popular printmaking system favoured by many designers and illustrators. It originated in Japan in the 1980s and is named after its manufacturer, the Riso Kagaku Corporation. Risograph machines look similar to photocopiers but use a stencil and ink system and print one layer at a time, making it a good alternative to designers familiar with screen printing.
