Buying from me

If you buy from me each item is made with love and care just like my parents taught me and I hope I've passed that love and care to my children and my grandchildren. I have a workshop that's outside of the home so that every item is never disturbed or contaminated with pet hair or chemicals.
If you like a tote bag but you would like the bag in a different colour or the painted design in a different colour not a problem just message me and I'll change it with no extra charge.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
