Buying from me

My items are all handmade using premium quality waxes and the best quality fragrances. Many items listed are in stock and ready to ship. When I need to make the item it will be shipped within 3 days of your order being placed. For personalised items allow a week for production and approvals before dispatch. We generally use Royal Mail for shipping although we do also use Evri. Your order should arrive with you within 48 hours of the order being dispatched.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
