All LUMINOUS candles are hand-poured in London using natural eco soy wax.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Each candle is crafted in a classic Saxon wine goblet, chosen for its elegance and timeless form.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As each LUMINOUS candle is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour and finish may occur and are part of its unique character.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or lit candles unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
