We are small producers of handmade cosmetics, located in Saint Albans. Our goal is to create original products with high quality raw materials, purchased from UK manufacturers. We constantly improve the quality and design of our products based on the feedback received from our customers. Each order is sent to you within a maximum of 24 hours, usually by Royal Mail, tracked and signed. Enjoy our products.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
