Buying from me

Earrings: Most of my earrings are based on Gold. However if you dont want Gold please drop me a message and I can accommodate your request.

Most of the earrings may have slight imperfections, but that doesn’t stop them from wearing them.

Shipping:

I will aim to ship within 2-3 days, but if you need your order to be shipped out urgently, please leave me a note when checking out.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

You can return an item to me within 14 days.

If you would like to cancel the order please make sure you cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours you cannot cancel it.

If the design is custom, or personalised then this is not refundable.
