I love natural fabrics and beautiful colours in linens and cottons, stripes, dots and checks. I specialise in creating lavender hearts - for Easter, Christmas and all year. All my products are designed and hand sewn by me in my Hampshire garden studio. Every *heatherandhome* item is meticulously finished and presented.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
POST & PACKING - For UK orders, my default postage is Royal Mail's 2nd Class service and I charge a flat rate of £3.50. There is an option to upgrade to First Class postage for an additional £1.00 charge.
For orders elsewhere in the world it's a flat rate of £15.00 (International Tracked postal service).
The postage charge stays the same no matter how many items you order.
Most items are custom made to order and can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched, occasionally slightly longer at very busy times of the year.
If you need something very quickly, do please message before ordering to check if I can get it to you in time. I usually can!
Buyers are responsible for any import duties that may apply. It is also buyers responsibility to check the item can be shipped to your country.
