You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Hi, each piece from Bleu Farm is one of a kind, crafted from vintage Chinese cotton fabrics handwoven many years ago. These fabrics carry natural slubs and imperfections, giving each piece unique texture and charm. I personally add slow stitching details, though my sewing isn't perfect. No two items will ever be exactly alike, and small variations are part of their appeal. If you prefer flawless finishes instead of handmade charm, my items may not be the right fit. And I'm afraid returns are not accepted simply because you didn't find the items flawless. Thank you for your kind attention.
