Stained glass isn't just beautiful, it's timeless. It never fades or dulls, and is as beautiful decades later as it was on the day of its creation. To own a piece or gift it, is to bestow something that will last for years, to be passed down from generation to generation - a beloved heirloom.
All items are packaged in recycled boxes where ever possible with plenty of padding and sent via Royal Mail first class.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I offer returns including original postage costs if item is returned within 14 days. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer. No refunds are given until the purchased item is returned in good condition with no damage and unwashed. If item has been damaged, refunds are void.
I don't offer exchanges as each item I make is unique and OOAK (one of a kind), therefore, unless you are willing to exchange for an item that is similar but not exact, then it's not viable. But please contact me if you're willing to exchange for a different item that is not identical to the one you've originally chosen. I can work to try to get as an exact copy as possible.
Stolen or Mislaid Parcels
If postage tracking information shows that the item was delivered or left in a porch/bin/bush, or handed to a neighbour to sign, and you don't have it/or didn't get it...no refunds will be given as it will then be a matter for your Post Office to deal with. All my items are shipped via British Mail either first or second class signed for so that nothing is left to chance.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Damaged Goods/Parcels.
If the items are damaged en route this will be the responsibility of the Post Office to refund me as the item is sent signed for in the UK with compensation. This means that I will refund you if your order is damaged by the postman during delivery, but you MUST DO ALL THREE of the following within TWO DAYS of receiving your delivery in order to get your refund.
1) SIGN THE DELIVERY AS DAMAGED
2) Photo the damaged packaging with the ADDRESS LABEL CLEARLY VISIBLE and date and time.
3) Photo the damaged item.
If you can't supply photos as specified here then you jeopardize your chances of getting compensation. If anything goes wrong with your parcel if it is left with a neighbour or in a safe place that you nominated, i.e doorstep/bin/alleyway/behind a wall etc, and becomes damaged, lost or stolen, your rights are diminished and no refund will be given.
