I aim to send out purchases within 3 working days. I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item please contact me within 14 days of receipt to return and receive a full refund.

Due to increases in postage charges items under £20 will be sent second class, items over £20 will be sent tracked postage.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
