Made in Lancashire. Handcrafted, often quirky, sterling silver & copper jewellery. Designs may incorporate enamel, brass, glass, gemstones, flame painted copper, resin or pewter, as well as upcycled old coins, cutlery and biscuit tins, cut out with a fine-bladed jeweller's saw (not laser cut!)
I generally despatch using the Royal Mail Tracked48 service, (though some of the lower priced items may be standard 2nd class post.) The postal cost includes packaging.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

As stated in the standard policy, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage, (at whatever cost it was originally sent out in the first place), should the return of an item be considered necessary.
