Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you would like to cancel and return your order, you must notify us at rowena.bayliss13@gmail.com, within 7 working days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange or refund. English Rose only accept returns that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and therefore in a re sell-able condition. We do not refund the cost of returning an item, unless the item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, so please package all items securely and to withstand delivery, or we might not be able to refund you. We recommend using track-able/registered delivery and keeping the receipt.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by PayPal, your debit or credit card company while waiting for returns to be refunded.
