We can customise our dog feeders, name tags and dog pooh clips - just drop us the details of your pets name and we will try our very best to accommodate.
customer orders can take a couple of days to complete so please bear with us, all non custom items will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Our custom items are bespoke to you and will incur the lead time as above.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
