Each piece at Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear is uniquely designed and handcrafted by me in Cumbria.
Custom orders, I'm happy to take custom orders and offer different colour ways for my current designs, do get in touch and I'll help you the best that I can.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear Returns Policy:
Items that are in stock: I take the upmost care and attention to detail whilst making my knitted items, but there may be cases when you are not satisfied or the item is not quite what was expected. You can return an item for an exchange or a refund.
The item must be returned within 14 days and in it's original condition. In the first instance can you please contact me with the details of the return. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Custom orders: Due to the very nature of a custom order and the difficulties to sell a custom order on, I am sorry but I do not offer a refund or exchange these items.
