Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All bespoke items are non refundable unless faulty.
In the case of damaged/broken items a repair may be offered at shop owners discretion However if after 30 days any breakages will be classed as general wear and tear and are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for repair at the shop owners discretion.
Any eligible refunds will be issued within 28 days after return of item.
