Buying from me
I founded my business after graduating with a degree in jewellery and silversmithing (Cass 96) and now work from my home studio in Guernsey.
All of my pieces are beautifully made by hand from premium materials using traditional silversmith techniques. I use only recycled silver and gold, and I'm registered with the London Assay Office for hallmarking.
You can expect jewellery that is made to last, with meticulous attention to detail.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, of course you don't have to keep it. You don't want to keep things that don't make your heart sing. Just send it back in the same unworn condition that you received it within 21 days and we'll return your payment. No problem and no quibbles.
If any of our pieces have any kind of fault, however small, we'll of course sort it out straight away.
