I have been selling online for almost 12 years, but new to Folksy. All my makes are ready to be posted and I post about 3 times per week. Royal Mail usually takes about 3-5 days from the day after I post your item to arrive. Although Nowadays I cannot guarantee this, as postal services will vary from town to town.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
