Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns must be sent back in the same condition as received, including all packaging. Return costs covered by buyer.
Items sold by Lala Mandalas are NOT suitable for outdoor use. If the buyer/recipient chooses to go against these instructions and damage occurs, this is at the buyers own risk. In this case, items will not be accepted as damaged or faulty and cannot be returned. All items are art pieces and are intended for indoor use only.
Items are not suitable for washing and should not come in to contact with water or liquids.
All items are NOT suitable for children and should be kept out of reach.
All items are fragile and handmade. Any accidental or deliberate damage caused after the point of delivery is the responsibility of the buyer and returns will not be accepted. Deliberate and accidental damage is not classed as faulty.
If items arrive damaged/faulty on delivery, photographic evidence of damaged item(s) and packaging will be required in order to process a full refund.
