Buying from me
All balms and salves are made from organic sunflower or coconut oil infused with herbs grown or foraged from the forest by me. They contain vitamin e as an antioxidant and are set with beeswax from my local beekeeper; balms also include organic shea butter. They are best used within a year of the date made but will keep indefinitely if stored in a cool place. I am not a medical doctor and all suggested applications are based on traditional use only. I aim to ship within 2 working days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
