Buying from me
As soon as I receive your order I will begin to get it ready for posting (as long as I’m not at work). I like to send all orders by 1st class Royal Mail because the sooner an order is delivered safely the happier I am. If it’s a custom order or a ‘made to order’ Item, then I will keep you updated until your order is made and sent.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
