Buying from me
Everything on here is made by me using either a knitting loom or a flower loom.
I make hats, cowls, ear warmers, hair accessories, and decorations.
I set my shipping estimate to either 5 or 7 days to allow for busy periods, but I aim to ship within 3 days where possible.
I do accept special requests, so feel free to send me a message.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
