I am eggscited to present to you this most eggcellent fried eggy! Handmade by needle felting with natural wool fibres, this adorable egg has a happy little smile, rosy cheeks and cute little glass eyes.
This is the second in my series of fried eggies. Watch this space for fried egg fridge magnets coming very soon!
Size: 10.2cm x 7.9cm x 1.9cm (height of the yolk).
Needle felting is the process of using specially designed barbed needles to manipulate wool fibres into 3d objects, such as soft sculpture figurines, or into a solid fabric. It is quite a long process and patience is needed but it is so absorbing, very rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable!
I always use compostable gift wrap and packaging.
