Full description
A small paper mache hare lies under a blanket with his hottie in a handmade moon and cloud bassinet. The shrine is made from stripped corrugated cardboard, decorated with stars, then covered with gluey news and tissue paper; more individually-sculpted paper stars hang inside before a corrugated moon. I used slices of a tin foil cardboard tube for the feet.
All elements of this assemblage piece have been made, patiently, by hand, and finished with primer, Chalk Paint, and sealed with wax.
