The hare has long been a symbol of magic and mystery, woven into the traditions and myths of springtime. Growing up in the Norfolk countryside, where hares are a common sight, I’ve always been inspired by their grace and the timeless stories they embody. This Plush Easter Hare is my way of celebrating that heritage, blending folklore, art, and storytelling into one whimsical creation.
From its personalised details to its heartfelt design, this hare carries the essence of springtime traditions and the joy of giving, making it a little piece of magic to treasure forever.

This product meets UKCA and CE standards for toy safety, making it suitable for children aged 3 and above. All materials conform to BS EN71 Toy Safety Regulations. Did you know that before the Easter Bunny, there was the Easter Hare? Rooted in folklore and known as Oschter Haws, this magical hare was believed to visit well-behaved children, leaving colourful eggs. Inspired by this tradition, the Plush Easter Hare brings a piece of this history to life.
Hand printed with care, the hare’s tummy features my exclusive illustration of the Easter Hare in a rocking chair, checking the Good and Bad Egg list, with a polka-dot egg teapot by the side, and your chosen initial for a personal touch. The paws feature Easter egg elements, also from my original illustration. One ear can be personalised with a name, while the other carries the message “You’re A Good Egg!” surrounded by delicate Easter egg designs.
Each hare comes with a copy of my original poem, The Tale of the Easter Hare. Inspired by folklore, this heartwarming tale tells of how this enchanting creature brings wonder and renewal to springtime, adding a sprinkle of storytelling to your Easter traditions.
Nestled in an Easter basket, sitting proudly as seasonal decor, or gifted to someone special, this 29cm high hare is bound to bring smiles and become a cherished part of spring celebrations.
