Our bird population is having a tough time these days and needs a bit of help,we do this by making them a home where they can nest and rear their young,hide from predators and find some warmth and shelter when the weather is harsh,it is then over to you to find somewhere to put this home and experience the joy of watching nesting birds and the resulting youngsters.

Full description
Bird nest box designed to attract Blue Tits who gain access to the nest box via the 26mm diameter entrance hole, this size entrance may also attract Coal Tits and Marsh Tits.
The nest box is made from 21mm thick redwood which is glued and screwed together ensuring a warm, safe and long lasting place for the birds to raise their young and hide from predators.
The nest box should be sited 2 - 3metres from the ground and facing in a North East direction away from the prevailing wind and driving rain. The box comes with a ready fitted stainless steel bracket, 2 wall plugs and 2 stainless steel screws so the box can be fitted to a tree, fence, post or wall.
Our bird population is suffering from a loss of natural nest sites and our man made boxes provide a good substitute for this, we ask our customers to give both our nest boxes and our wild bird population a good home and in return you will get the satisfaction of seeing new life generated.
