Full description
Giving a Bride a horseshoe for luck on her Wedding Day is a tradition that goes back many years. This one is not a real horseshoe but still sends love (and hopefully luck) to any bride who receives it.
The horseshoe shape is cut from MDF and has been covered on the front with patterned paper in lilac and on the back with plain white. Across the gap in the middle I have placed a shaped greeting with the words "With Love & Best Wishes On Your Special Day" the letters are silver foiled and the background has been coloured lilac. I've die-cut 2 white flowers and also a lilac and white butterfly in a very thin craft foam and layered them before adding them to the horseshoe and placing an iridescent faux gem in the centre of the flower. 2 small hearts have been placed at the bottom they have been cut from lilac pearl card and iridescent foiled card. A lilac ribbon has been threaded through holes at the top of the horseshoe allowing the bride to wear it dangling from her wrist or bouquet if she wishes.
The horseshoe comes in a handmade presentation box with a clear lid and I can add the couple's initials/ wedding date to the box lid if required.
