Buying from me

I'm very happy to chat to you about a customised order - feel free to contact me to discuss your ideas. Most of my needlefelted items can be customised in addition to designs newly created just for you.

I ship using Royal Mail - usually within two days - although a customised order will take longer.

Handmade items are by their nature unique-no two pieces are ever the same but will resemble the listing pictures as closely as possible.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
