Hi there and welcome to my Folksy shop, a place to find contemporary, minimalist, sleek looking silver jewellery, all designed to give that "wow" reaction.
Once I receive your order I will start to make it. I aim to ship items within 48 hours however, as items are made order please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Second class "signed for" service. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to ship to addresses outside the UK.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase for a full refund. After this time your order is likely to have been packaged and despatched, but please do get in touch just in case.
Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your item of jewellery, please contact me within 7 days and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or if you prefer, an exchange. Please note:
* Customers are responsible for return postage costs and the original postage cost is non-refundable
* All items must be returned unworn and returned in the original packaging
* Custom or personalised orders, piercings, earrings, and items on sale cannot be returned
