I am Irene. Thank you for entering my shop.
Regarding ordering, shipping, payments and returns I will follow Folksy' s proposed processes as I am new to this. All items are unique. I would be happy to take orders for sold out items if you'd give me 5-7 more days and allow for minor differences if semi-precious stones are included.
Through my shop I aim to spread my handmade creations, my love for life and Sam's smile (thanks Sam)

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
