From beachcombing to beautiful — sea glass and pottery jewellery, made in Scotland

Welcome to The Wandering Beachcombers Folksy shop!

We are a married couple who have shared both life and work for over 30 years. After decades spent in sales and administration, we chose to follow a long-held creative calling and step onto an artistic path together.

Self-taught and endlessly curious, our work spans handcrafted jewellery and original acrylic and watercolour artwork. Our jewellery is created using carefully sourced sea glass and fragments of vintage pottery (that we collect), each piece shaped by time, tide, and history. Living in Scotland provides constant inspiration — from rugged coastlines and shifting skies to the small, beautiful details found while beachcombing. Alongside our jewellery, we create self-taught acrylic and watercolour artworks inspired by Scottish wildlife, birds, landscapes, and much-loved points of interest.

When we’re not in the studio, you’ll find us travelling, seeking out the best cappuccinos wherever we go, photographing the world around us, or walking the shoreline with our little dog, Roisey, who is never far from our side.

Everything we create reflects our journey — inspired by Scotland, shaped by the sea, and made thoughtfully together.
