After spending many years working in education, I wanted to build something creative that combined my love of history, storytelling and thoughtful handmade gifts. I’ve always been drawn to vintage stamps — not only for their beauty, but for the journeys and memories behind them. Each tiny stamp once travelled somewhere in the world, carrying a message, a celebration or a moment in time.
What started as a personal interest gradually became The Stamp Nest: a small UK business creating personalised keepsakes using authentic vintage stamps. I love carefully curating colours, countries and themes to create pieces that feel meaningful, nostalgic and completely unique to the person receiving them.
Many of my ideas are inspired by family milestones, travel, learning and the joy of giving gifts that feel truly personal. I especially enjoy creating pieces that help people celebrate important moments — from anniversaries and new babies to retirements and special birthdays.
