I make a range of both custom made and ready made products. For custom orders please allow 2 weeks for the product to be made and shipped. For ready made products, I aim to ship within 3 working days. If you would like something custom made and can’t find it on my page, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
