Buying from me
Once you place your order, I usually dispatch next day, during weekday order, Monday for weekends orders.
Your purchase will arrive beautifully wrapped, inside a bubbled envelope, to ensure the products will be protected from any damage.
I only ship with Tracked Delivery Service, to make sure that, should any issue with your package arise, I can deal with it with the delivery company.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
