Hello, thank you for visiting my ceramic pottery and porcelain jewellery shop!

I work from my home studio in the beautiful market town of Frome in Somerset. I enjoy working with all types of clay, using slab work, coiling & sculpting techniques without using a potters wheel. Due to the handmade nature and natural materials each piece is unique.

My love for pottery began when I was at school taking Art as one of GCSE subjects. In my twenties I attended an evening class and loved creating unique pieces for my family and friends.

After having my two children I entered the corporate world working with cosmetics & latterly naturally based vegan products. I have always been very interested in health and wellbeing, so when I left my corporate job, I trained as practitioner in distant energy healing and I run a practice from my home in Frome.

About 5 years ago I saw a post on Facebook advertising a local pottery class so I thought I would give it another go! I soon realised how much I enjoyed playing with clay and being creative, I also find it very meditative. I have picked up loads of new tips from my tutor which has helped me to increase my knowledge and improve my pottery skills. With the encouragement of my tutor, I have set up an online shop and have invested in my very own kiln!

DELIVERY:
I need a bit of time to get your pottery packaged up. I aim to post all items within 1 - 3 working days of you placing your order but at busy times of year this maybe slightly longer - I appreciate your patience. You will receive an email confirmation once shipped.

UK SHIPPING:
Due to the significant price rise e.g. 22% for Royal Mail 1st Class postal charges all future orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - I have adjusted all the postage costs in my Folksy online shop. Please feel free to contact me if your order is urgent and you wish to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 and I will let you know the extra postal cost.
