Hi I’m Helen, welcome to my new shop for Hillbie Woodcrafts!

Based in the South West, we are a small, family run team, passionate about creating beautiful and unique, handcrafted items.
My dad was the first to catch the wood turning ‘bug’ - as it were, and when I kept coming up with bright ideas for new things he could make, he politely suggested I should do it myself! The rest, as they say, is history!

From our garage-come-workshops, we sculpt locally and responsibly sourced wood, transforming it through the traditional craft of wood turning. Each item is carefully designed to showcase the hidden natural beauty of the grain within, whilst preserving the natural lumps, bumps and blemishes of the wood that hold their own beauty and help tell the story of each unique piece.

From bowls to vases, platters to gonks. Whether you love the natural look or prefer something with a splash of colour and artistic flare, our ever-increasing range of one-of-a-kind pieces really does have something for everyone!
