You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

What can I say other than these spirit dolls are exceptional.. the quality is unmatched and each one is so individual and life like.. I have purchased 15 of the dolls over a few years and not only are they exceptionally made the spirit of the dolls is ignited through drumming and ritual before they even enter their forever homes.. Their maker has given me support, guidance and messages through dreams which I know is the spirit dolls way of nudging and communicating with me through that sealed in energy as they never forget who brought them into existence.. They also bring comfort and protection in every corner of my home giving me signs and guidance in so many ways.. my children have one each too so I plan on purchasing more to complete their collection.. So believe me when I say they are so much more then just beautifully made dolls .. they carry genuine magick that brings so much to your home and every day life, The best thing I ever did was invest in these dolls as I sensed straight away their potency and I couldn’t be without them.
