Buying from me
Each item I offer is the actual one you will receive and it will not be repeated. I may use some of the same drops or beads again but will feature them differently, so that you are truly purchasing a OOAK item.
I wrap in tissue and the item is sent in a little pouch in a cardboard mailer for protection. I have used this method of packing for years now and can honestly say that they arrive safe and sound.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
