All my pieces are on-offs unless you break a piece and need a replacement. They are all numbered and logged and have my unique mark.
Giving someone a gift of my ceramic art is giving them a reason to smile and be happy!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Beautiful wall plaque, fast delivery especially as it was around Christmas but unfortunately the Wall Plaque was in pieces by the time I received it with very little protection in packaging. Have reached out twice with photos but have heard no response which is disappointing.
