Hey!

My name is Amy, I'm based in Nottingham and live with my partner and our greyhound Eve!
I am a user experience and user interface (UX/UI) designer by day and an illustrator, graphic designer and author by night.

I love illustration, I am particularly enamored by picture books and how they can make complex issues more understandable and foster empathy.

This is what brought me to create my book: 'My Granny is Changing'. Based on the experiences my family faced when my Gran was living with dementia. I created the book to help families talk to their young children about dementia. I hope to help people feel less lost and alone, as our family felt when dementia was part of our lives.

Buying from me

I am an illustrator and designer, I am always interested in many projects but my sole focus for the past 2 years has been the creation of my children's picture book: 'My Granny is Changing'. I created the book to help families talk about dementia with young children.

I wrote, illustrated, designed and published the book. The book is available here on my Folksy shop. I hope the book can really make a difference to many families.
