My Passion for Crystals

A few years ago I was lucky to be able to start working from home and with more free time my passion for Crafting was allowed to blossom.

I specialise in Gemstone Jewellery, using all natural Crystals, Gems & Pearls; Necklaces, Pendants & Bracelets.

I first started making Jewellery about 17 years ago, firstly for myself and then friends and family would ask me to create something for them, it was a way for me to switch off in the evenings from a very stressful job. At the time, I was also working in a very male dominated company (I was the only girl amongst 50 employees) and even the lads started to notice the Bracelets and Necklaces I was wearing and would tentatively enquire if I could make their girlfriend or wife something. So I would put together some suggestions for them and then over my lunch hour we would ‘mess around’ with designs… I would make it for them that evening and then take it in to work with me the following morning. And from there it just grew. When I am designing a new creation I may start off with a sketch in my note book but quite often I will just let the gems and beads guide me.

I create my designs in a variety of prices to suit every budget, though no matter whether it is my most expensive Necklace or my cheapest Bracelet they are all made with the same love, care & attention to detail.

I am always happy to make custom Designed Necklaces & Bracelets so if you ever see something in my Folksy store that you like but it's not quite right for you... Please contact me to discuss. Perhaps you like a certain style but would prefer it in a differant Colour or Gemstone or a combination of Gems that have a special significance to you. Over the years I have amassed a huge collection of Natural Gemstone beads all waiting to be created into something special.

I also love to make Greeting Cards and in particular 3D Decoupage Cards - I can loose myself for whole weekends making them and the Dining Table can disappear for months under sheets of paper and designs. Eash design is individual.
