Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused
In their original condition and packaging
To start a return, contact us at info@solastra.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or custom-made items
Digital downloads
Opened greeting cards (unless faulty)
Sale items
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
