Buying from me
All products will be shipped via Royal Mail within 2 business days UNLESS you have ordered a custom order. For custom orders, an approximate delivery date will be sent to your email address. You can contact me any time with your questions at ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com .
All products are handmade by me at my home in Barnet. Individual product materials and measurements are included on the listings description.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns policy excludes custom made orders. These are only available for return if faulty.
