After a childhood of making and training in Art and Design, I worked as colourist and designer in the furnishing trade. Later with the growth of my family my focus became life with children and holidays by the sea. I worked with children in early years, ran art workshops, became a curtain maker and ran a community market. So my inspiration has come from all these things and they weave their way through my work - floral pattern, printing techniques, texture, colour, vintage textiles, the natural world, changing seasons and recycling/reusing.
I live in Oxford with my partner of 35 years (sometimes the children!) and just one black cat and spend many hours in the garden and walking through the countryside.
Currently I am loving producing my monthly reduction linoprints that follow the seasons through the year. I also have a range of paper bunting made from discarded, old children's books and upcycled denim jackets with embroidered back panels.

Love this, purchased for a special friend who came to stay and we enjoyed a snowdrop walk at Walsingham. Colours are beautiful. Beautifully packaged and rrived promptly and safely.
