Lizzie made a bespoke address book for me.
She gave me choices and alternatives and added a pocket at the back which I wanted included. The communication regarding the making of the book was brilliant. It arrived today and it is everything

I love my book which I started using the day it arrived. Because it has paper that is fine to use for watercolour, it is going to be my colour journal. I had asked Liz for a label on the inside but this was overlooked and Liz sent me an apologetic email and offered to send a label but I decided it was fine without. I did however appreciate the email and Liz's offer. Great customer care.

Beautifully presented - wrapped in a lovely tissue paper tied up with ribbon and a big bow....I hate to open them! The notebooks are just perfect and better than described.
