Hello, I’m Jackie Marsh, an artist living in Norfolk with my husband and our 2 dogs. I love to paint vibrant landscapes.
My love for the outdoors and creativity began in childhood, leading to Art “A” -level and earning a City and Guilds qualification in Creative Textiles.
Retirement has allowed me to fully embrace my love for painting, focusing on Britain’s natural beauty, often featuring solitary trees.
Inspired by artists, Tracey Verdugo and Susan McCreevy, I experiment with acrylic inks, creating vivid colours and expressive lines, complemented by an encaustic wax finish that adds texture and depth.
My aim is to highlight nature's profound impact on our human spirits.
I am a member of the West Norfolk Artists Association and attend Blakeney craft fairs every month..

It was my first ever visit to the Folksy website.
I was fascinated to find so many lovely items,as I have always been a arty crafty person.
The pretty heart brooch caught my eye,I particularly liked the mingled pink and blue delicate colours of the brooch,and the little silk bow that made it look special.I wear pink and blue shades some of the time,so I was already imagining how nice it was going to look when I was wearing it on my pink linen top.
It didn't take me long to decide to send for it,and when it arrived safely it was exactly like the picture and delightful.My brooch arrived packed in a little bag and wrapped in delicate pink tissue paper,a little pink star gift tag also included.
I have to say i am delighted with my pretty brooch and cannot wait to wear it.I must say my little parcel arriving last week made my day.I am hoping to buy more of these pretty brooches soon to give to special friends.

A batch of cards bought for a variety of occasions. Wonderfully made and each felt very unique and looked great. Some already given to others and very much appreciated. Also Jackie got them to me super fast.
