Buying from me
I make each item in small batches.
Made with polymer clay, which is light but hard wearing.
I use stainless steel findings, if for any reason this is not the case this will be within the description.
Items are delivered via royal mail, 2nd class and tracked. Most of my items currently fit into cardboard boxes that will fit into letterboxes.
I post within 5 days, but always try to post within 3 days, please let me know if you require an item sooner, and I will try to do this for you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I cannot accept returns unless the item has been damaged upon receipt, due to hygiene reasons.
