I refurbish spinning wheels and sell spinning wheel replacement parts and accessories

As the owner of From Fibre To Finish and The Spinning Wheel Doctor, I take pride in running a unique small business located in the scenic southern region of the awe-inspiring Brecon Beacons National Park, south Wales, UK. My passion lies in spinning wheels and spinning, along with a wide range of other fascinating fibre-related crafts. With a personal collection consisting of more than seventy vintage/antique spinning wheels, my primary focus is on restoring them to their original working condition. In addition, I provide professional spinning wheel servicing for customers, with prices ranging from £30 to £40 plus the cost of any replacement parts or upgrades. I entrust all wood-turning tasks to a skilled local wood turner. Furthermore, I offer an extensive selection of spinning wheel replacement parts, spare parts and accessories for sale.
From Fibre To Finish/The Spinning Wheel Doctor operates within the enchanting grounds of Craig-y-Nos Country Park, situated in the southern edge of the magnificent Brecon Beacons National Park in south Wales, UK. Spanning over forty acres, this delightful park features two expansive ponds/lakes, an historic boat house with views over one of the ponds, lively ducks and geese, meandering rivers, picturesque meadows, inviting picnic benches, the cosy Dwy Afon tea rooms/café, toilets and The Artists and Makers Emporium craft and gift shop. Additionally, within the park you will also find Fairy Cwtch, a small business run by my partner Tina O'Keefe. Tina offers a professional clothing alterations service as well as needlecraft instruction. She also offers a charming array of gifts and seasonal products crafted from fabrics and yarns. Importantly, the park is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets and parking spaces, welcomes dogs, and offers inexpensive parking at just £3 per day.
