All orders are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail. An upgrade to 1st Class is available on all items, simply choose 'Postage Upgrade' in the drop down option, which you can find on each listing.
I aim to post all orders the day received where possible or the following day at the latest. Custom made orders may take longer, but timescales will show on the relevant listings and I keep my customers updated throughout the process :)
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
