Linocut and Collagraph 'Original Prints'

I currently have a January Sale Hope you find something you like.

All my Lino Prints are printed by me using inks and rollers and getting messy. The designs are from my own original drawings or artwork which I transfer to the Lino then carve away for days sometimes weeks. Before finally inking and printing using a press. This process is repeated several times to produce a multi coloured print.

I also have greetings cards, either handprinted by me or professionally reproduced from my original artwork

I'm a Printmaker based in Derbyshire

I always begin with drawing. When I'm happy with the design I transfer it to the lino which I then carefully carve to form the image to be printed.
The lino is then inked and the image transfered to paper by rolling through a press. Sometimes just a single colour but I also love making reduction prints, this is were the lino is inked up several times overlaying colours and cutting away at the lino each time, this produces a limited edition print that can never be reproduced.
When Im not printing you'll find me in the garden or allotment which also inspires my work.
